Trinity Preschool offers Christ-based early-childhood education for Children ages 2 through 4 years. Our school is a fully staffed preschool offering curriculum founded on Biblical principles. Education Philosophy

A child develops mentally, physically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. We are committed to providing biblically based, age-appropriate experiences to allow each child to progress in these areas at his/her own level of ability while enjoying feelings of success. This is primarily done through hands-on activities in learning centers and positive, Christ-like role modeling of the staff. Parent newsletters will keep you informed about each unit designed for your child’s class.

The Program
We have established goals at each age level that are developmentally appropriate and designed to prepare the child for kindergarten experiences.
We believe in “learning through play”. We structure our activities to be directed learning that is fun for the students. Children participate in a variety of learning center activities which include art, books, blocks, puzzles and manipulatives, nature and dramatic play. Bible stories and verses are included in each unit.
In addition, each class participates in a music class and Spanish class once each week. The 4 year old class also participates in a computer class once each week.
Trinity Christian Preschool uses the “Wee Learn Curriculum” and the “Horizon’s Curriculum”. Each curriculum guide provides a range of age-appropriate activities designed to lay a foundation for understanding God, Jesus, Bible, church, self, family, others, and the natural world through learning centers and group activities. Supplemental curriculum is used to lay the foundation for phonics and writing skills.

 
Our Classes
Two Day Twos - Monday & Wednesday
Must be two by September 1st. These children do not need to be potty trained.

Three year olds - Three days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Must be three by September 1st.  Must be potty trained.  Three's will attend Music and Spanish one day per week.

Fours – Four days – Monday through Thursday
Must be four by September 1st.
Must be potty trained. This program is designed to prepare the child for a successful experience in Kindergarten. Many pre-academic skills are introduced and mastered. Fours will attend Music, Spanish, and Computer class one day each week.

 
The Staff

Every class has two teachers.
Teacher-student ratios are small in all classes – 2:10
An adult supervises each child by sight and sound at all times.
All staff members are required to attend continuing education courses that emphasize developmentally appropriate interactions with young children, “positive guidance” discipline, and training in established curriculum.
All staff members are carefully screened and have a background check performed prior to employment.
Each staff member exhibits a deep love and understanding of children.
A Registered Nurse is on full time staff.
Our lead teachers have prior experience in early childhood education.

Registration and tuition fees

Four-Day Fours - Monday - Thursday
Must be four by September 1st.  Must be potty trained.  Visit Music, Spanish and computer class each week.
